People with autism have less melatonin some studies have shown which explains why its the only thing that makes me sleep.
Currently feeling really chilled out i went out for a walk, listening to a podcast. My friends over tonight as its my birthday tomorrow. So enjoying the girl time and trying to put my worries behind.
