Mixed day

So today's posts gonna be a short one. I did some laundry, cleaned out the rabbit slept a lot cos I didn't sleep much lastnight. still feeling really flat and tired . Had my 1-1 at the recovery cafe which was positive I have more support around me to deal with Complex Needs Service.

If I'm honest I'm still struggling with face to face communications and know when people are frustrated and pissed with me.

Despite it all had a good evening at the theatre with my friend seeing Unfortunate. Feeling over stimulated and over tired now tho so checking out...
